I'm gonna need some support.. Quitting Smoking
OK I'm throwing it out there. I picked up smoking again a couple of months ago.. today I'm quitting AGAIN. I'm so sick of them I could puke. I'm going cold turkey. I plan to spend my time on here and a couple of quit smoking websites for a few days. I need support!

C25K...check. Now what?
Just finished week 9 on c25k last night. Now I'm wondering what's next? What's worked for you? I want to keep my cardio fitness. I think I need to add some strength in too. I'm just kind of lost now. My big goal from the last couple months is accomplished.. now what?

Water, my friend, you bore me...
I am not drinking nearly enough water.. I cant seem to get on the band wagon. I like water, but its hard to fit in 8!! glasses a day. I am honestly averaging 1 or 2 and hoping like hell my 3 or 4 drinks of tea kinda sorta count. How do you fit it in? Is there a way you make your water more appealing? There must be some…
