1800-2000 CALS/DAY
My nutritionist has me on an a plan that ranges from 1800-2000 cals a day and MFP was really close with their suggestion of 2040. I can't even get close to that without feeling like a bloated buffalo. I don't measure out anything since I eat out of a box (Weight Watchers Smart Ones meals) and snack on things like apples,…
