Reaching my goals
Hi! I am currently 188lbs, almost 20 pounds from my heaviest weight. I am 5'9" and I have a goal of being 125-135lbs. My calorie intake has been 1200 calories a day, and I have been trying to work out 2-3 times a week. I want to get to my goal by May 1, 2014, meaning I would lose about 50-60 pounds in about 7 and a half…
