This is my 3rd day and I am supper excited! I am worried though.. I am a mom of four! The last two delivery methods turned out to be emergency cesarean... Will my tummy ever look like it did before this? What exercise do you recommend? Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!
I am on day 3 of trying to create a new me. I am not sure of a diet yet... need some healthy food tips! Also I am a mom of 4 and my youngest is 6mths so I am trying to get rid of this belly and love handles :) any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
