Now my BMI is at 18.0 and my body fat at 18%. But it seems like it is hard to get six packs for me. My stomach is flat but I don't see packs yet. any advice? should I burn more fat? or just stop cardio and focus only weight training? I am so confused which way I should go. Thank you.
