I've heard that the best way to lose weight and to increase cardio is to walk and run at intervals. That is to keep the heart rate going up and down. How do you satisfy the evening snacking urge???
I reached my caloric limit for the day but often find myself still wanting something later on in the evening. I was wondering what do others do to satisfy that sensation and don't want to eat? I tried water but it goes right through me and i'm hungry again in an hour or so. Please Help!!!

Help. I don't know what heart monitor to get
I want to purchase a HRM but I'm so confused as to what onet to get. Also is it a big thing if it doesn't sync to MFP? I notice some do and some don't. I don't want to spend more then $100.
