I've been extremely tired around 3 pm and having to nap...??
I hate this but I can't keep my eyes open. I go to bed regualry around 10pm and wake up around 9 am. I'm eating healthy and exercising and don't understand why I get so so tired around 3 ish every day. I've napped for two hours to get my energy back and I don't want to do this. Lean Cuisines
Hi all, I eat at least two Lean Cuisines or Smart Ones per day. I usually eat one with a salad and non-fat milk. Do you think it's okay to eat two of these types of meals per day as long as I eat a healthy salad with them? Thanks. Me
