C25K other exercise?

When you are doing the C25K program, do you do exercise (other) on the same day as well? What type of exercise do you do on your rest day ? Any advice? Thank you!

I use C25K as my cardio workout 3 times a week and so also do 3 days of weight lifting with one day of no workout at all.0

I do C25K MWF & Sat, and usually hop on the stationary bike afterwards.0

Rest is rest....especially for a beginner...maybe some yoga or stretching...but nothing else on rest days.
Other than that abs and core, weights, other cardio (swim/bike...ie triathlon training), or maybe a class you enojy at your gym. Just get your rest.

I started the c25k yesterday
I do a 5 min warmup on the elliptical
then I do my strength training
then I do the c25k for 20 mins
then I do the bike for 35-45 mins.
I am so soar
c25k is a program to help get you running0 -
Wow Scarlet! I could not do all of that, there is no way! Soarness would overwhelm me and I wouldn't be able to continue.
