Compensating for being under calorie limit?
Quick question- I've been under my calorie limit all week, and now I'm desperately craving something desserty to treat myself as I haven't had anything of the sort for three weeks- can I sort of "compensate" for the days where I was under my goal by going slightly over my calorie limit today?
