I ate McDonald's today...
FIRST TIME IN MONTHS AND IT WAS FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I made sure it "fit" into my day (calories) and I wont be having it again for a few more months, but it was wonderful.

Maintaining after so long...
I'm not there yet (my goal weight), but I've been thinking ahead... When I make it, how do I maintain it? After eating 1400 calories for so long, how do you up those? That's a big change. That's adding another meal in calories. Any tips?

KNEES! Ouch!
Bad knees run in my family (no pun intended). I've never ever ever had problems with mine- until I decided to start exercises. The last few nights my knees have been bothering me. Any suggestions? (Besides the frozen veggies I have on them for 15 minutes a few times in the evening.)

Genuinely tired today
I'm doing the C25K program, today is my third one. Yesterday I walked 2 miles, swam 20 laps and this morning I'm just worn out. Not sore- just tired. I normall run in the mornings but as a new runner I thought I'd ask- Should I hold off on today all together? Should I just run later and rest some today? Should I suck it up…
