Accurately figuring out TDEE?
Where it says 1-3 hours light exercise, 3-5 hours moderate exercise, etc, how do you know which one you are doing? What if you're doing less than 3, but it's moderate?

Too tired/lethargic to work out?
I frequently just feel like I want to relax cause I'm tired, instead of working out. How do you get the energy or motivation when you're feeling like that? Do you drink much caffeine? I find I get addicted and them an drinking it daily, and I think that's also making me feel more lethargic over time.

Counting calories- before, during, or after?
Wondering what is the best way to do this, count calories/figure out everything you'll eat beforehand, count calories while you eat things, or just try to eat well and count up what you ate at the end. I tend to count them as I eat things.

I question whether it really matters if you have tons of protein in terms of working out/losing weight. Has anyone actually compared the results of eating a regular amount of protein vs higher amount?
