This is my fav dish I always order when I get chinese food, but I have no idea what the calorie content is. There's different listings in mfp but they're all different and don't seem accurate. Any ideas?

Eating at TDEE, losing a lb a week...can I lose faster?
So like I said, I've been doing well, losing a pound a week eating at TDEE -20%. I'm 5'2, 127 aiming for 107. I'm feeling impatient however, do you think it'd be ok to lose 2lbs a week? Would it actually cause any kind of issue, as long as I go straight to maintainence once I'm done (as in, not long term)?

If you eat over your calories for the day, which do you do
A ) Carry the extra calories over to the next day, so that both days end up averaging out to the caloric amount you eat B ) Say whatever, and just go back to eating at your caloric amount the next day I'm trying to figure out which I want to do. Ok to use a smith machine for squats and deadlifts?
There's a gym that opened right down the street from my house, and I think I'd like to join. The only thing is it has a smith machine, not a squat rack. Think it's ok to use that instead for squats? Can I do deadlifts on it? I The other gym that's near me which does have a squat rack it kind of gross and annoying to get to.

Weights/weight machines for rehabing a rotator cuff injury?
I went to physical therapy for my shoulder, it's much better now but I need to continue the progress with weights/weight machines. Any suggestions of what is good and not good? I know using a row machine is very good for it, but not sure what else.

Protein powder that won't bother my stomach?
I feel like my protein powder is bothering my stomach, it's pea protein. I can't have any type of whey protein as I am severely lactose intolerant. Has anyone had luck just slowly raising the amount of protein powder they have, and that working out better, or just switching to a different type? FYI I don't want soy either.
