I bumped up the amount of fruits and veggies in my diet to eat healthier, so far doing really well :) The only problem, now my stomach is bloated every day! For those that increased their fruit/veggie intake, how long did it take to for your stomach to adjust? Being bloated is making me feel even fatter than before :pensive:

Maybe it's the increased amount of fiber in your diet?

Well, I do have IBS so, yeah, that complicates things. Yeah the increased fiber my stomach is sensitive to. Figured this happened to everyone lol, maybe not!

It's your IBS. You need to cut back again and reintroduce fiber more slowly. Also talk to your doctor about whether any medications could help make this easier on you.
  • Depends on what fruit or veges too. For me it's corn, broccoli, beans, zucchini, apples, bananas. I just make sure not to eat them all in the same day.

Try some pro-biotics. They may help.
