Fitbit target zone
35 year old female 5'7" 175lbs with a goal of 150lbs. Mfp (log my food) synced with fitbit. Daily calorie burn in 2131 ( I usually burn more) I have it set for 750 calorie deficit to lose 1.5 pd per week. Daily calorie goal is 1350. I tend to eat more calories than my goal but I am still under the "target zone" for fitbit.…

Not losing weight!
I'm just wondering if I'm eating the correct amount of calories. I'm a 34 year old female, weigh 171 and I'm 5'7". My BMR is 1548 and my TDEE is 2128. I'm currently eating 1635 calories a day. I walk 4 times a week at a moderate pace and do zumba 2x a week.
