This is my first week and I have already on a couple of days gone well over my daily calories by about 400 or so :-( I suppose it's all trial and error at the start to see what is good to eat and what is not.
Do you add your hot drinks ie. tea to your daily water intake? I haven't been adding any hot drinks to mine, just adding my glasses of water which aren't enough really as only about 4 glasses a day. Unless I was to include tea and coffee.
