It's all about the music!
No matter if I'm trying to workout for 20 minutes or 60 minutes music changes my WHOLE workout!! If I have good music going on I can go harder and longer every time. So what are some of your favorite songs to get you moving??

When calculating how many calories I've burned for exercising, what's the best way to do so? When I use the elliptical it says one amount, myFitnessPal says another & CardioTrainer(app) says a different amount.
