I have found chocolate milk to be the perfect recovery drink for me, its 4:1 carb protein ratio is exactly what i need after an intensive insanity session. Question is, How much of it do you drink post work out?
Iv had a fitbit flex for a few days and so far on average i have exceeded 3000 calories burned (today is 4000 with 1000 calories through exercise (HRM - FT7)) I am concerned as for the last 56 days i have solidly eaten 2000 calories every day, and with the exercise calories that MFP gives me i eat those calories too. Now…
