Fat Free/Sugar Free-- Good or Bad?
I have read that fat free and sugar free is the way to go. It cuts calories and also eliminates fat and sugar from the food. 30 Day Shred
Hi, I am going to be starting the 30 Day Shred on Monday. I have a lot of weight to lose so I will be doing cardio as well. I was just wondering if it mattered if I do cardio before or after the 30 Day Shred. Thanks.
