Five pounds!
I hit the 5-pound mark! Doesn't sound like a lot, but I've struggled to get past the 2-pound mark for months. For me, busting through was a matter of changing the make-up of my diet. Hi guys, Does anyone know how long tahini lasts in the fridge after you buy it? It came in a coffee can-style container and has been refrigerated the whole time. Seems like something that might last forever, but i don't want to get sick! Thanks!

Has anyone tried USA Fit?
Has anyone done the USA Fit program? It's a marathon training program with chapters in several cities. Each chapter is called [Your City] Fit. I'm starting the program at the end of March, with a goal marathon in October, and I'm wondering if folks have any info about what you liked or didn't like about the program. Thanks!
