Five pounds!

I hit the 5-pound mark! Doesn't sound like a lot, but I've struggled to get past the 2-pound mark for months.

For me, busting through was a matter of changing the make-up of my diet. I still eat 1200-1400 calories a day, but almost all of my calories now come from veggies, fruits, and beans. I've had some slip-ups, but I feel great! I've also been blogging about it, which has really kept me motivated. So happy! :)
