I am interested in incorporating them into my diet but just to clear up some confusion: 1/ Do they act as meal replacements? I hope not because don't think they would be filling enough for me. So when the serving size says 1 bagel, does it mean 2 slices or one?

Skipping Meals
Is it okay to skip a meal, let's say lunch or dinner if you still feel full and not genuinely hungry. I mean I don't want to slow down my metabolism, just wondering. Thanks
