So when the serving size says 1 bagel, does it mean 2 slices or one?

I would think one whole bagel, both sides. You could always weigh it out as sometimes it is more than a serving.

I would assume it meant one whole bagel, otherwise it would say: 1/2 a bagel (meaning one slice).

I don't eat bagels, too many calories without adding the filling
