Some days I find that I'm hungry all day so I keep eating small meals, making sure not to go over my calories. But other days I'm not hungry at all and eat 3 regular meals and don't come anywhere near my calorie goal, especially if I work out. I absolutely love that I can track my calories on here just by entering in what I've eaten. I never did it before because it was a pain to read the labels and try and figure it all out myself.
