To eat or not to eat...

Some days I find that I'm hungry all day so I keep eating small meals, making sure not to go over my calories. But other days I'm not hungry at all and eat 3 regular meals and don't come anywhere near my calorie goal, especially if I work out. So my questions is, on days that I'm just no hungry, should I eat anyways to get closer to my calorie goal? Or doesn't it matter? I feel like if my body needed the fuel I'd feel hungry...so there's no reason to eat the extra calories if I'm not hungry.

Dont force yourself to eat. Just listen to your body and eat when your body tells you to.0
