30DS, move up to L2 or not? (Also, hello!)
New here! Hi everyone :) I started doing 30DS 9 days ago and I'm debating whether to move up to level 2 or not. When I started I could barely get through any of the moves but now it's just the squat-presses and the pushups I have trouble with. I can almost get through the squat-presses, but I'm nowhere near there on the…

Morning motivation
I hate getting up in the morning and working out. I am never motivated to do it… I exercise best in the afternoon. But starting next week I'm not going to have a choice, I'm going to have to get up at about 530 and exercise if I want to cram it in my day. How do you guys get motivated to do it?

Do you need to lose 20-40 too?
I'm new here and looking for friends who need to lose 20-40 lbs. I'm 5'7", 159 and trying to get down around 130. I like intense exercise but I struggle with injuries. Hoping a little social motivation will help! I eat healthy and love to share recipes. Add me if you like and introduce yourself! :)

Adding home-cooked meals to the calorie counter?
How do you guys do that? Add each ingredient individually? It seems like it would be very inaccurate. For example tonight I'm making gourmet mac & cheese with broccoli, olive oil, salt & pepper, roma tomatoes, sharp cheddar, extra milk, garlic cloves and onions. I'm new here and trying to figure out how all this works. :/

Hello!
I'm new, just saying hi. I was super active and very thin (and strong) most of my life but then a bad injury laid me up and I gained about 45 pounds over 2 years. I'm now 158 (down from 163 last week!) at 5'7" and working to get the fat off and get strong and bendy again. I've done all types of workouts but it's hard for…
