I just started BFBM but I'm mixing it with 30DS. BFBM is so brutal for me, that I am relieved and feel kind of lazy on days I only do 30DS lol. When I'm done with the shred I might do it with NMTZ. How do you like it so far?

Wow now I feel like a total weakling haha. I use two pounds, although admittedly they aren't heavy enough, especially for the row and the chest flies. I should probably move up to 4 pounds.

Tons of great ideas guys, thanks! I've managed to get up early the last couple days. It sucks but I feel awesome once the workout is done. Getting my stuff ready the night before really helps! I love the idea of blasting EYE OF THE TIGER but I'm pretty sure my man would kill me lol.

It's intense but doable. For me the first time wasn't too bad but the second hurt! I try not to pause for more than a few seconds at a time. Good luck! :)
