Estimating calories burned through exercise
Do you trust your MFP, the machine reading, or your pedometer? My treadmill seems to overestimate, so I just use the MFP. However, the pedometer seems to underestimate more than both MFP and the machine....

Elliptical resistance???
At what resistance setting of the elliptical can I burn 300 cals in 35 mins? I don't trust the machines, but the estimate of MFP doesn't include the level of intensity....

Calorie discrepancy between treadmill reading and pedometer?
I walked on the treadmill for one hour at 4.0 mph and it showed that I burned 315 calories whereas on the pedometer it said 230 calories. Which one should I trust most????

Calories burned from daily exercise?
How many calories do you burn daily from exercise? Also, what is your favorite method of burning those calories off? I like the treadmill and the elliptical, and I typically burn 500 cals a day from just exercise :)

What are your "no-no foods"?
Here's what I have decided to exclude from my diet: - All junk food - Pastries - White bread - Any meat besides fish - Sugar - Pasta - Noodles - Juice - Soda pop - Condiments (ranch, mayo etc.) What would you list as foods that you no longer eat?

Evening exercise?
Is it bad to do late evening 5mph runs on a treadmill an hour before sleep? I cannot workout in the morning because I don't have time and would have to get up at 4am to get ready, oh and I get ravenous.
