Hi, I've been doing keto for a few weeks and love it. However, I fell into a bad overeating/carb consuming free- for-all the last few days, (not sure why I do it, I feel like crap!) Anyhoooo. I'm thinking a buddy to be accountable to for daily food/exercise would help. Anyone interested?
