Something I don't understand (Saturated Fat)
So the bad kind of fat, the heart attack, bad cholesterol raising, clogged arteries one is Saturated Fat. Why does your daily maximum allowance of Saturated Fat raise when you eat more calories? Is 20 grams of Saturated Fat more artery clogging on a 1300 calories diet than on a 2000 calories diet? I'm having hard time to…
