I'm 5'6 & weigh 190lbs & 30 year old , I've put myself on 1200 calories but im struggling to eat them & i walk all day with my dogs so i'm gaining more calories. Diet coke chicken
I was actually dreading trying this everyday I google low calorie main meals but who would have thought 1 can of diet coke a cup of low fat ketchup would be a great marinade.

Bladderwrack?
Is anyone taken any pills etc Ive started take Tesco slimming aid bladderwrack, just wondering of anyone else is taken any & should i put it in my diary when i take them. Ive on my 2nd week using mfp but took my cycle so not going to be able to tell if the bladderwrack is helping me.

Homemade soup calories...
I have made a big pot of homemade soup but dont have a clue how to work out the calories. I had 1 bowl for dinner last night and estimated it as 150 kcal Things i put in: x4 Knorr Ham cubes = 120kcal x4 Peeled & grated carrots = 208kcal x1 Leek sliced = 50kcal Split red lentil = 525kcal And toped the pot up with boiling…

Just been hoovering & washed all my floors, cant believe how hot i am after doing it. It takes me alot to build up a sweat.

Not been using the app that long it was my partner that was using it & introduced it to me, i love it especially because im currently not working i get to burn loads of calories & see wot im using up when i take the dogs out throughout the day.
