Bladderwrack?

Is anyone taken any pills etc

Ive started take Tesco slimming aid bladderwrack, just wondering of anyone else is taken any & should i put it in my diary when i take them.

Ive on my 2nd week using mfp but took my cycle so not going to be able to tell if the bladderwrack is helping me.
