Hello I am new here. I have been exercising for about 6 weeks and watching what I eat, however I have been watching it closer for the last couple of weeks and have not lost any weight. Does it start slow and then when my body kicks in will go a bit faster? I am a bit frustrated. Any help would be nice. Thanks
I am new here. I need to loose 15 libs by Dec. for knee surgery and hopefully 100 lbs by next June but would be happy with 75 lbs by June.
