loosing weight

Hello
I am new here. I have been exercising for about 6 weeks and watching what I eat, however I have been watching it closer for the last couple of weeks and have not lost any weight. Does it start slow and then when my body kicks in will go a bit faster? I am a bit frustrated. Any help would be nice. Thanks

    Get honest with yourself about how much you're actually eating and exercising. Start logging your calories and you'll be surprised at how quickly things add up. Also, most exercise isn't as many calories burned as one would think. Hang in there and you'll start to see results!
