I am new here. I need to loose 15 libs by Dec. for knee surgery and hopefully 100 lbs by next June but would be happy with 75 lbs by June. I have been watching what I eat and exercising every day for about 6 weeks now with absolutely no progress! So I joined this group to watch what I eat, but it is as I thought I am really doing ok in that area. Any suggestions. I cannot do the treadmill due to my knee injury so I work in the pool and do the machines. Any suggestions?
