Missing diary entry
Anyone else had a problem? On the 31st I logged in and completed my diary as I have every day since |I found MFP, so when I was looking back over my week in 'reports' I was surprised to see that day had no entry. I know I completed the day and I remember the comments friends made on it after so where has it gone?

gone over on everything except carbs and sodium help!
ok so here it is: I have worked out my whole weeks intakes on everything and I have gone slightly over on fat and a lot over on sugar, Over the whole week I have 613 calories left but only carbs and sodium with which to use them any suggestions on foods that are high carbs and sodium but low on fat sugar and protein?
