gone over on everything except carbs and sodium help!

ok so here it is:
I have worked out my whole weeks intakes on everything and I have gone slightly over on fat and a lot over on sugar, Over the whole week I have 613 calories left but only carbs and sodium with which to use them any suggestions on foods that are high carbs and sodium but low on fat sugar and protein? Please
