I don't own a scale...wondering if I should invest in one or if anyone out there knows anything about the accuracy of weighing in on the wii fit board?
I have been on MFP for less than a week...have lost a decent amount of weight before that. Am I supposed to put my "starting" weight from back then on here (a year ago)...or from a few days ago? I just put in the weight from a few days ago...how is that type of thing usually done...should I just use MFP as a new starting…
Just wondering, I have a couple videos I use for home weight lifting...when I put "video" or the name of the person whose video it is into the search bar under exercise...nothing at all comes up. Help! Do I have to add it, or am I just doing it wrong?
New here, and have so far lost a fairly good amount of weight, but still have quite a bit to go. I stopped working out regularly a couple of months ago (call it falling off the wagon if you like) and regained ten pounds. I am back now...ready to go back to what I know. I am hoping to get hooked up with other active people…
