COSTCO Muffins....Yummmmm!
I love Costco muffins! The only thing is, It does not tell me how many calories it has. Does any one know? I eat half a muffin and consider it to be a small size muffin. I just hope I'm not messing up my calories.

Hi Everyone, I don't know my measurements like "onces". How big is a 5 oz. of chicken or beef? How big is 1 oz. of salmon? Do I have to buy a scale? Do you guys know?
