For some reason lately I don't ever feel hunger pangs, however I know once 11 AM rolls around I should probably eat something anyways. The problem is once I start eating I just can't stop. There is still no feeling of hunger during these times. It's like once I taste food I just want to eat all day long until I explode!!!…
Sometimes when I'm bored I just want to eat things and cure my boredom by chewing. Does anyone have any cures they use to banish boredom eating?
For me, it was because I was sick of family members making comments on how I was "getting chubby" or the "chubbiest girl on the sports team". This caused me to first start losing weight from embarrassment, but once I got older I realized how important it is to be healthy and eat the right foods. What about you guys?
I'm a 20 year old female. I weigh 130 lbs and I am 5'8. I live in the USA. I am going to school to become a Nutritionist =) I try to eat natural and healthy, however I am on a budget which makes things hard. I am, for the most part, sedentary with little exercise. Open to making buddies xoxo Jen
