Need ideas
I am in need of ideas..... I am changing my workout in strength training. I been feeling and seeing results but want to change it up a bit. I have been doing 65 sit ups, 85 crunches, 80 bicep curls, 55 dips, 30 push ups, 1 minute of punches. I have already changed my leg workouts to 25 lunges, 25 jumping jacks, 25 calf…
