I am home all day today so I will do 10 lunges every hour.. Thank you for the challenges.. I did power walk for 3 miles today.. =)

Work more on Core building.. Also Cardio will help also.. Try not to have to much sodium in your diet.. As we get older the harder it is for us to lose weight in that area.. Best thing we can do is to make our body stronger.

This is what I do, but I also work extra hard in muscle building in the stomach so I do not get that shaggy stomach look..

Sounds to me like he needs a real doctor.. That one is a wacko !!!!!!!!! Why do doctors even do BMI on someone that is fit and does not need to lose weight..
