Need ideas

I am in need of ideas..... I am changing my workout in strength training. I been feeling and seeing results but want to change it up a bit. I have been doing 65 sit ups, 85 crunches, 80 bicep curls, 55 dips, 30 push ups, 1 minute of punches. I have already changed my leg workouts to 25 lunges, 25 jumping jacks, 25 calf raises, 50 squats. I also do 30 minutes of cardio. If anyone can help me with new ideas that be awesome. Thank you for taking the time to read and respond.

If adding weights isn't an option then pick up the book 'You Are Your Own Gym'.0

Agreed.
Why so many reps? 65 sit ups and 85 crunches is a lot!
What about replacing some of those with a plank?0 -
I have never used weights other than the bicep curls. I will look up things I can do with weights.. Thanks.
Jamie I was thinking they were not enough. I am sorry I do plank also I hold for 1 minute.0
