Is banana bad for you if you're trying to lose weight?
I have been on a low carb diet and low calorie diet like i keep it balanced so i avoid eating too much carbs. I heard banana has carbs and i love bananas. So i should avoid them?

Digestive biscuits?
Can you eat digestive biscuits whole losing weight? The nutrition says 100g has like 66 complex carbs and fats etc. and one biscuit is of 14g. So is it okay if i eat that? Would it mess up my diet plan?

As we all know Carrots contain loads of nutritions and it has a lot of benifits but is it okay to have it on a low carb diet? And should i have it before a meal or after it? Is there a low carb substitute juice with same values?

Can you lose weight from thigh and wide hips?
Can you lose weight from legs and thighs just by dieting and without excercising? I have been dieting since one month now and my face and my upper body has gone thin but now my thighs seem to look more big compared to half my body. I do cardio like 3,4 times a week. But do i really need to workout for losing thigh fat?…
