THE DREADED WEEKEND
I ALWAYS MAKE GREAT STRIDES DURING THE WEEK WITH MY PROGRAM. I'M AT WORK, IT'S A CONTROLLED ENVIROMENT, THERE'S REALLY NOTHING TO SNACK ON AND I FIND IT EASIER TO CONTROL WHAT I EAT.
