Gaining points for exercise
Has anyone signed up for Bounts? If you use an exercise tracker e.g. FitBit you can get points for your exercise - seems like a fun way to reward yourself for exercising! If you want to sign up the address is here: https://www.bounts.it/ If you can use my referral code, tervit1570 that would be great :) thank you

Think it's time to throw my scales away
I've done really well this week, no naughty chocolatey sugary snacks, eaten 1500 calories a day, exercised, done everything right. But I haven't lost any weight. Last time I dieted and exercised the weight just fell off me. I find it so demoralising, I am weighing myself 2 or 3 times a day and I think I'm getting a bit…

Anyone use the machines at the gym
The strength training ones rather than cardio - e.g. chest presses, leg curls? I have been using them but I heard they're quite bad for you??

Weight/self esteem question
I am 5ft 7-5ft 8, 25 years old and a (UK) size 14/16. When I started losing weight I was a size 16 - and I weighed 16 stone. Now I weigh 15 and a half. My question is, really, how is that possible?? Giving up Sugar Weekdays Only
Sugar is my main poison and I know if I cut it out the weight will drop off me, I also worry about the health risks of eating a lot of sugar etc. I tend to be strict on weekdays and then have treats on a weekend. I'd been having a chocolate bar a day during the week but I'm cutting that out now so now I won't be eating any…

Changing my program
The gym made a program for me but it's mainly using the resistance machines eg leg curls. I've been doing it for 6 weeks and I have tightened up and gotten fitter but the results are minimal. In the past I've done body weight stuff eg squats as well as lifting dumbbells and the weight has dropped off me. I've maybe lost…

Feet!
I started going to the gym on my lunch break a few weeks ago and doing a lot more walking and cycling at weekends etc, which is great, but it's destroying my feet!! The bottoms of my feet are now covered in blisters, dry skin, verrucas... am I wearing the wrong trainers or something? Is there anything I can do??

Not losing weight at first
I can't help but get down about the fact I'm not shifting much weight even though I'm exercising at least 4-5 times a week and eating so much better than I used to. I've been reading lots about how going from a sedentary lifestyle to exercising actually makes you gain weight to begin with because of your muscles changing…

Hello - I'm new
I've just joined and looking for some support! When I first started dieting I weighed 215 pounds and I've managed to get down to 199 but I'm stuck in a bit of rut. I've just been dieting not exercising, but I've done some exercise this morning and hoping to find some motivational tips on here.
