Yeah, so how much is too much? Yesterday I had a 1,110 cal deficit, 714 left over and 396 from exercise, I was going to eat more but I kinda fell asleep. I wasn't hungry, but I know I needed more, but by how much? So am I getting enough calories, I 'm 18, about 257 and I'm 5' 7"? Oh and my diary is open.
Typically I'm pretty good about watching what I eat during the day but I just explode at night. I mean I'll eat seconds/thirds of whatever we' re having, even if it's just mediocre.
