Bananas...
Do you eat them? For me i eat around 3 a day. They are a great snack and energy booster. But i have a friend who is doing an intense exercise program and she has been told not to have bananas. Does anybody know why that is? And do you eat them and still lose weight?

Salmon, chicken or turkey??
Which do you guys prefer?? I love salmon I could literally eat it for lunch and dinner but the mercury content really puts me off. Chicken is a similar price to salmon here so I'm thinking about my main source of protein being turkey as it's the cheapest option and apparently the health benefits are great.

What do you guys eat post workout? I just ran for 60 minutes on an elliptical machine and im not so much hungry but shaky and i feel like i need to eat as i once read that you should eat after a work out. I had 6 raspberries as i want to lay off the bananas lol:)
