Hi, I'm in my 4th weeks of stronglift. Squats @ 65lb and Deadlifts @ 100lb and I am already feeling it in my knees. The hurt right after a work out. Is it because I'm doing something wrong? I am not new to lifting, I did NROLFW before but never got as heavy as 100lb for deadlifts. I also thing I have good form.... Any…
