When you are writing your weights for the work out, is it the total including the bar? or just the weights added to the bar? Thanks!

It's during the squats and it feels like the joints. I wore a knee brace during my last work out and it felt better.

I am also in the last 2 weeks of BR. I'm thinking P90X3 after maybe... depending if I get if for Christmas or not lol. Is someone else thinking about doing P90X3 also? I know it is also 30 min I hate exercising more than that, it takes too much time in my day. 30 min is perfect

Don't feel bad if you can't do EXACTLY like Jilian. Don't forget that she has been working out for a very long time now. The important thing is that you are doing the best you can, you are moving, losing calories and getting fit. I am also starting phase 2 today! Yeah, a new cardio! I took my mesurments also on the weekend... Lost 4 pounds - 0.5 chest -1 inch bum area (I always measure 2 inches after the belly button) gained 1 inch in the legs Can't wait to see if a lose more inches in phase 2. I want to get back at my pre-pregnancy self. Good luck…

I'm exactly at the same day as you KMJ1686. Doing my cardio 1 from week 3 of JMBR today. Week 3 is definitely harder than week 1 and 2. I lost 3 lbs but I am counting calories with MFP also. No inches lost yet so maybe just water weight? I'll see I guess. I decided to measure myself every 2 weeks. Hoping to see inches lost…

Ok, thanks for you answer. I just started the work out Monday. I also started logging my food and I also eat back my exercise calories. I find that if I don't, I don't have enough energy to do the work out...
