Shred It With Weights
I just found the Shred it With Weights work out on my Exercise on Demand Chanel! I'm super excited to try it out. My question though is how do you log it? Would it be circuit training, like how I log the 30 DS?

How the heck do you find the motivation to work out when AF shows up? I have KILLER cramps and all I want to do is lay on the couch :(

I need to be motivated!
I just started counting my calories again starting this week. And I'm doing really great with that, however I just can't seem to find the motivation to work out! Anyone have any tips for me? What gives you motivation to do your work outs?

Hello! I am here to finish losing my extra weight. In October of 2008 I weighed 275 lbs. By counting calories I lost my first 45 lbs by March of 2009. Then in July 2009 I got pregnant.
